CEI's Investment Management Group manages the company's financial markets investment portfolios, which support various interests under the CEI umbrella, and is responsible for all investment and accounting related functions required to manage the financial markets investment portfolios owned by CEI and its affiliates. To achieve appropriate risk-adjusted returns, the Investment Management Group considers opportunities across all sectors of the financial markets.

Lesley-Jane Dixon, Vice-President, oversees the Investment Management Group, comprised of a team of seven dedicated to the research, monitoring, due diligence, risk management and accounting functions.

Key members of Ms. Dixon's team include Edward C. Ramos, CPA, who is responsible for accounting, financial reporting and risk management; and D. Jeffrey Dramstad, CFA, who focuses on investment strategy and due diligence.
