Robert J. Flanagan, Executive Vice President, CEI
With a diverse business background that ranges from professional sports to technology, Mr. Flanagan oversees the acquisition, management and development of new investment opportunities for Clark. In a complementary role, Mr. Flanagan also serves as Managing Director of CNF Investments LLC, the private equity division of CEI. Since its inception in 1999, Mr. Flanagan has overseen the growth in CNF to its current status as one of the region's more dynamic investment funds. In that capacity, Mr. Flanagan is a member of the board of directors of Eagle Oil & Gas Co., ILD Telecommunications, Inc., Martek Biosciences Corporation and Sagent Pharmaceuticals and OfficeArrow.

Prior to joining CEI, Mr. Flanagan was treasurer, secretary and a member of the Board of Directors of Baltimore Orioles, Inc. and began his career in Washington, D.C. as a member of Arthur Andersen’s audit division. Certified as a public accountant in Washington, D.C., he received a bachelor's degree in business administration from Georgetown University and a master's degree in taxation from the American University School of Business. He is an active member Washington's Federal City Council, the Economic Club of Washington, and the Catholic Charities Foundation.

Joe Del Guercio, Managing Director
Mr. Del Guercio joined CNF Investments in 2004 as a Managing Director. Prior to joining CNF, Mr. Del Guercio was a director with LPL Financial Services, a Boston and San Diego based independent broker dealer, with responsibility for strategic planning, new product development, and acquisitions. Prior to LPL, Mr. Del Guercio was with Robertson Stephens and Goldman Sachs, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, private and public equity financings, and restructurings. Mr. Del Guercio serves on the boards of Vital Sensors, Verax Biomedical, Overture Technologies, Vision Chain, and DigitalBridge Communications. Mr. Del Guercio is also a board observer with Lipomics Technologies Inc., TerraGo Technologies and Innovative Biosensors, and is an advisory board member on a number of CNF’s fund investments. Mr. Del Guercio has an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. from Boston College.

Jennifer K. Hsin, Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Hsin oversees the accounting, financial reporting and tax functions of CNF Investments, LLC. She joined CEI in 2004 in the corporate accounting group before transitioning full time into the private equity and venture group. Previously, Ms. Hsin was at BenefitNation, Inc., a subsidiary of Bertelsmann AG where she was responsible for the financial reporting and daily operations. Ms. Hsin began her career in the audit division of Arthur Andersen LLP, specializing in the banking and real estate industries. Ms. Hsin is a CPA with a B.S. in both Accounting and Finance from the University of Maryland.
