Office Projects
500 North Capitol Street. An existing office building steps from Capitol Hill and Union Station (Rail) in Washington, DC. The project will be redeveloped in 2011 as a Class A office building featuring a new 9th floor and totaling 234,700 sf to be delivered in late 2012. CEI is an owner and co-developer of the project, as well as general contractor for the redevelopment.
901 K Street. A high-rise, Class A building at the intersection of 9th and K Streets and Massachusetts Avenue, NW in the East End submarket of Washington, D.C. CEI is an owner and general contractor of the project.
1133 15th Street. A 201,000 sf office building located in the downtown, commercial business district of Washington, DC. This project was recently awarded with LEED Gold certification. CEI is the sole owner of the project.
1919 Pennsylvania Avenue. A 272,400 sf office building, located just 3 blocks from the White House in Washington, DC. CEI is an owner of the project.
2025 M Street. A 190,000 sf office building located in the downtown, commercial business district of Washington, DC. CEI is an owner of the project.
Capitol View, 425 3rd Street. A new, 234,000 sf Class A building located in Capitol Hill South, Washington, D.C. CEI is the owner, developer, and general contractor of the project.
Clark Office Building. A 300,000 sf office building located in downtown Bethesda, Maryland. CEI is the owner, developer, and general contractor of the project.
Charles Center South. A 300,000 sf building located near the Inner Harbor in Baltimore, Maryland. CEI is the majority owner of the project.
Liberty Center Project. Two Class A office buildings providing a total of 622,000 sf of commercial/retail space in Ballston, Virginia. CEI is an owner and was the developer and general contractor of the project.
Liberty Square, 450 5th Street. A 480,000 sf office building located in the East End district of Washington, D.C. CEI is an owner and a developer of the project and was the general contractor for the most recent re-development.
Trinity Centre Project. Four Class A office buildings providing a total of 488,000 sf of commercial/retail space in Centerville, Virginia. (Project also includes an additional 33.37 acres of land, which will be developed in the future). CEI is an owner and a developer and is the general contractor of the project.
Multi-Family Projects
Columbia Heights Village Apartments. A 406 unit, 31 building apartment community (which includes a high rise apartment building, 23 garden style apartment buildings and 7 town homes) located near Harvard and Columbia Roads in Northwest, Washington, D.C. CEI acted as the developer and general contractor during the rehabilitation of the project, and remains one of the owners.
Rockburne Estates. A 222 unit apartment complex located at Jasper Street in Southeast, Washington, D.C. CEI acted as the developer and general contractor during the rehabilitation of the project and remains one of the owners.
Rolling Hills. A 468 unit, garden style apartment complex located along the I-270 Technology Corridor in Germantown, Maryland. CEI is the owner of the project.
Rosemary Ridge. A two-phase garden-style apartment community including 402 completed units in Manassas, Virginia. CEI acted as developer and general contractor and remains an owner of the project.
The Clarendon Apartments. A premiere apartment community, consisting of 292 luxury apartment homes and 4000 square feet of retail space, within a 12-story high rise tower and a 4 floor row-house style low rise. Located in the Clarendon neighborhood of Arlington, Virginia, the project is optimally situated less than 50 yards from the Clarendon Metro entrance.
University View Apartments. A 16-story, 352 unit, Class A student apartment building located in College Park, Maryland adjacent to the University of Maryland campus. CEI acted as a developer and the general contractor during the development of the project and remains a majority owner of the project.
University View II Apartments. A new, 12-story, 154 unit Class A student apartment building delivered in August 2010 and located in College Park, Maryland adjacent to the University of Maryland campus and University View Apartments. CEI is the owner, developer and general contractor.
