The Asset Management Group, headed by Alexandra Lee, works closely with propertymanagers, construction managers and leasing agents to create superior, appealing, safe and secure environments for each asset's stakeholders. A large portion of the portfolio is located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area; however, the Asset Management Group oversees assets across the United States.

Alexandra Lee is responsible for overseeing the strategy and performance of the company's operating real estate portfolio. Before joining the company, Ms. Lee worked in numerous real estate capacities, primarily revitalizing the near Southeast/Buzzard Point neighborhood of Washington, DC. Ms. Lee has experience leading public-private design competitions, developing commercial and retail space in emerging neighborhoods and managing extensive base building and tenant fit-out construction.
