The Asset Management Group works closely with property managers, construction managers and leasing agents to create superior, appealing, safe and secure environments for each asset's stakeholders. A large portion of the portfolio is located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area; however, the Asset Management Group oversees assets across the United States.
