Multi-Family Projects
Recent multi-family projects, ranging from luxury apartments and condominiums to affordable housing, include:
3883 Connecticut Avenue. A 9 story, 157 Unit Class A apartment building located in the Cleveland Park, Washington, D.C. neighborhood. CEI, through its affiliates, acted as the owner, developer, general contractor, and property manager of the project until it was sold.
Columbia Heights Village Apartments. A 406 unit, 31 building apartment community (which includes a high rise apartment building, 23 garden style apartment buildings and 7 town homes) located near Harvard and Columbia Roads in Northwest, Washington, D.C. CEI, through its affiliates, acted as the developer and general contractor during the rehabilitation of the project, and remains one of the owners of the project.
Liberty Center Project (Residential). Two high-rise multi-family residential buildings containing a total of 469 total units located in Ballston, Virginia, adjacent to the Liberty Center office buildings. One building contains 234 luxury condominium units and the other contains 235 luxury apartments. CEI, through its affiliates, is an owner and a developer of the project and is the general contractor of the project.
Massachusetts Court Apartments. A 371 unit luxury high-rise apartment building and three historic town homes located in the East End neighborhood of Northwest, Washington, D.C. CEI, through its affiliates, acted as the initial developer and then sold the project to a third-party for completion, with Clark as general contractor.
Rockburne Estates. A 222 unit apartment complex located at Jasper Street in Southeast, Washington, D.C. CEI, through its affiliates, acted as the developer and general contractor during the rehabilitation of the project and remains one of the owners of the project.
Rosemary Ridge. A two-phase garden-style apartment community including 402 completed units in Manassas, Virginia. CEI, through its affiliates, acted as developer and general contractor and remains an owner of the project.
University View Apartments. A 16 story, 352 unit Class A student apartment building located in College Park, Maryland adjacent to the University of Maryland campus. CEI acted, through its affiliates, as a developer and the general contractor during the development of the project and remains one of the owners of the project.
University View II Apartments. A 12 story, 154 unit Class A student apartment building currently under construction in College Park, Maryland adjacent to the University of Maryland campus and University View Apartments. CEI, through its affiliates, is the owner, developer and general contractor.
